Strategy Development

This begins with identifying all the services and support that contribute towards the student experience, assessing if they were fit for purpose, and developing plans to improve these services, and/or the way they were discovered and accessed.

A business case is often required in order to prioritise the services and recommend the improvement options (replace, improve, automate, sign-post, etc.).
